Stichting Kringloopbedrijf ‘De Lokatie’ (‘De Lokatie’) is in 1996 opgezet met het doel om het maatschappelijk perspectief van mensen met een psychiatrische of psychosociale problematiek te vergroten. Dit door arbeidssituaties als opstap naar de reguliere arbeidsmarkt te bieden. Sinds de oprichting is: ‘De Lokatie’ uitgegroeid tot een bedrijfsmatig opgezet recyclingbedrijf. De werkervaringsplekken kunnen binnen de hele organisatie worden ingevuld. De verschillende activiteiten zijn:

Transport (het ophalen en verwerken van goederen)
Magazijn (het lossen, laden en sorteren)
Winkel (het etaleren en verkoop)
Kleding (sortering en verkoop)
Boeken, kleingoed, platen, (sortering en verkoop)
Elektronica (sortering en reparatie)

De trajecten bij `De Lokatie` zijn zeer laagdrempelig van karakter. De methodiek waarmee gewerkt wordt is op basis van motiverende begeleiding. De methodiek is Workwise en gaat er van uit dat het weer motiveren van mensen de beste aanpak is om je leven weer op de rails te kunnen zetten.
